Engagement Photos in Ucluelet || Tawnya & Darren || Tofino Photographer

I have been a Ucluelet and Tofino photographer for over five years now and every photo session still totally lights me up. I love the landscape and the colours and feel drawn to the people who love this place, to visit and to live. It seems as though the colour of the water changes every day, so no two photo shoots are ever same. Tawnya and Darren's engagement photos in Ucluelet were no exception to this rule. Looking at the pictures after the shoot, I reveled in the fact that I had never seem this exact colour palette.

Tawnya & Darren dropped their kids off with the grandparents and hit the road to Ucluelet for a mini vacation to celebrate their engagement. We met on Big Beach just before sunset to take some pictures and they chatted with me about their plans to marry in Hawaii. I love my clients. I always get to work with the most adventurous and wonderful people and I so enjoy hearing about far away secret elopements and big weddings with friends and family.

Tawnya and Darren walked barefoot on the pebbly beach while I followed them around and snapped some photos. This photo session inspired me to take more mini vacations, even if only for one night.
